SPR# GKLA76CJFC - When the calendar runtime delegates makes a request, to close the database for a calendar folder the layout is saved. If more than one calendar is closed, such as when shutting down after opening both the main and side shelf calendars are opened, the last state saved wins. This fix changes the save logic to never save the layout of the sideshelf calendar.
